Hotel Balatura offers great vegetarian food (vegan, gluten-free, whatever you wish...), made with ingrediants from our valley. Everything biolocical, sustainable, fresh and delicious. Local receipts are combined with advanced cooking art and technology. Our chef de cuisine is Ivan Bruketa, the culinary heart of our hotel. He grew up under the Vinodol sun and is deeply connected with nature. His curious and dedicated way of cooking brings our place to new culinary heights. Whatever he touches turns into gold!
