Vegetarian restaurant

Hotel Balatura offers great vegetarian food, made with ingrediants from our valley. Everything biolocical, sustainable, fresh and delicious. Local receipts are combined with advanced cooking art and technology. Our chef de cuisine is Tea Đukić the culinary heart of our hotel. She experienced a lot before coming to our place, including food travels, working in really fancy places und experimenting with plantbased ingrediences. We are deeply thankful that she found her way to Hotel Balatura.
